Hey, I was just wanting to share my success with using your product(s).  Sorry it’s a bit long winded….

Since I reached my early 20’s I’ve learnt that I need to exercise and eat well otherwise I gain weight.  I realised this when I was 22 years old and got to 90kg’s.  I got frustrated at my size every time I looked in the mirror, went shopping, and seen photos of myself.  I looked at the attached “Fat Photo” and realised I had to do something major. 

I started to get into cycling, joined a gym and stopped eating take aways regularly.  I managed to get down to 70kg’s. I have since returned to NZ after spending the last 3.5 years living in London.  In London I had kept a very active lifestyle of cycling to work and going on 7-10km runs several times a week. 

I stayed about 70-73kgs, and being 175cm tall I was okay with that weight.  I would have wanted to be a bit lighter, but no matter what exercise I did or how I tried to eat healthy, I could never budge those last few kilograms that I wanted to lose.

I returned to NZ almost a year ago, and within 7 months managed to pile on the weight.  I relished being able to eat all my favourite kiwi junk foods once again, and I hadn’t got back into an exercise routine.   I got to approx 83kg’s and was frustrated with having to buy large clothes again.

I had 4 months until my sister’s wedding, and I wanted to lose the ‘welcome home’ weight.  I know that there is no such thing as a ‘magic pill’ to get rid of the weight, but I knew that I needed a kick start.  I started on the Detox Kit, and managed to lose approx 7kgs within the 2 weeks.  Initially I had thought that there would be no way that I could even last a single meal without carbs, so didn’t think that I was going to last 2 weeks. 

My partner fully supported me, but he also knows how much I use to love carbs and didn’t want me to go out and buy the kits then not follow the programme.  I spent the week leading up to the detox eliminating the bad foods.  I proved to him, and myself that I could go a day or two without those bad foods.
